Emiratis to get 70% pay rise

UAE nationals who work in the federal government will be given a 70% pay rise on their basic salary, the National has reported. The pay increases also apply to emiratis working at schools and Ministry of Health-run hospitals, or other bodies which come under the control of the federal government. The pay rises do not apply to expatriates working in the same roles.
